Ingredients (Makes 12–15 bites)
- 1 baguette, sliced into ½-inch rounds
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 crisp apple, thinly sliced
- 4 oz Topo St. Jorge cheese, sliced
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- Fresh blackberries, halved, for plating
Instructions
1. Toast the Crostini Until Golden
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for 6–8 minutes until lightly golden.
2. Assemble the Apple and Cheese
- Add a thin slice of apple on top of each crostini.
