Ingredients
- 2 ripe peaches, sliced into wedges
- 2 fresh tomatoes, halved
- Queso Fresco
- Fresh basil leaves
- Pack of fresh prosciutto
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp raspberry vinaigrette
- Flaky sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Prep the Produce:
- Wash and slice the peaches and Tomatoes into thin wedges.

Assemble the Salad:
- Arrange the peaches and tomatoes directly on the plate.
- Tear the Queso Fresco gently and place chunks evenly across the salad.
- Place pieces of fresh prosciutto across the salad.
- Scatter fresh basil leaves on top.

- Drizzle olive oil and raspberry vinaigrette over the salad.
- Season with flaky salt.
