How to Make a Festive Cheese Cube Wreath | Perfect for Christmas Parties

This festive Christmas Cheese Wreath is the ultimate holiday appetizer—fun to assemble and even better to eat. With cubes of cheese, olives, tomatoes, and herbs, it’s a crowd-pleasing centerpiece that doubles as a delicious snack.

Ingredients:

  • Toothpicks/wooden picks
  • Assorted cured meats:
    • Prosciutto
    • Salami
    • Soppressata
  • Variety of cheeses:
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs & Thyme (for the wreath base)
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Green Olives
  • Pickles
  • Red and green grapes (on the side)
  • Cracker breadsticks (on the side)
  • Optional: honey or jam (on the side)

Instructions:

Create the Wreath Base:

  • On a large round serving board or platter, arrange fresh rosemary sprigs in a circular shape to mimic a wreath.
  • Leave the center open and build around the edges.

Add Cheeses & Meats:

  • Fold or roll slices of cured meats, place cheese cubes onto toothpick with a pickle, tomato or olive and tuck them onto the rosemary wreath.

Layer Fruits & Veggies:

  • Add grapes, cherry tomatoes & crackers on the side.

Garnish & Serve:

  • Add bowls with honey or jam as optional.
