- 13-15 Sliced cucumbers
- 1/2 cup Santa Maria Fresh Goat Cheese
- Pine Nuts or sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- Honey
- Sea salt

PREPARATION
1. Prepare the cheese:
In a bowl, gently whip the Santa Maria Fresh Goat Cheese with olive oil until smooth and creamy. This helps improve texture and presentation. You can also use a food processor if preferred.
2. Prepare the cucumber:
Arrange cucumber slices on a serving platter. If needed, lightly pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
3. Assemble:
Spoon or pipe a small amount of whipped goat cheese onto each cucumber slice.
4. Finish:
