Chorizo and Cheese Dip


  • 130g chorizo sausage, skin removed and minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 Pablo Oaxaca cheese
  • 7 flour tortillas



  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a frying pan over medium heat, add the tablespoon of olive oil.
