Cheesy Pico Chorizo Pull-Apart Bread

Golden, crispy baguette packed with gooey melted Pico, infused with rich garlic chilli butter and crispy chorizo. Every pull is a perfect bite—cheesy, savory, and downright irresistible! The ultimate party snack or comfort food indulgence.

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of Baguette
  • 1/2 cup salted butter
  • 100g chorizo salami slices.
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions
  • 1-2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • Big pinch of salt
  • Optional garnish: Chopped tomato
  • 100g of Pico cheese

Preparation

Instructions:

Make the Garlic Butter:
  • To the melted butter, add garlic powder and chili flakes.
  • Stir well to combine.
Prepare the Bread:
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Using a sharp knife, cut the loaf into a slice pattern, be careful not to slice all the way through.
Stuff the Bread:
  • Fill all the slices in the bread with grated Pico cheese and chorizo slices.
  • Brush the garlic butter generously over the bread.
Bake:
  • Place the bread on a baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the top is golden brown. Feel free to broil at the end for a crisp look.
Finish & Serve:
  • Sprinkle with green onion for garnish. (Option to include chopped tomato) Serve warm and enjoy!
