Ingredients
- 1 loaf of Baguette
- 1/2 cup salted butter
- 100g chorizo salami slices.
- 1 tbsp chopped green onions
- 1-2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- Big pinch of salt
- Optional garnish: Chopped tomato
- 100g of Pico cheese

Instructions:
Make the Garlic Butter:Prepare the Bread:
- To the melted butter, add garlic powder and chili flakes.
- Stir well to combine.
Stuff the Bread:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Using a sharp knife, cut the loaf into a slice pattern, be careful not to slice all the way through.
Bake:
- Fill all the slices in the bread with grated Pico cheese and chorizo slices.
- Brush the garlic butter generously over the bread.
Finish & Serve:
- Place the bread on a baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the top is golden brown. Feel free to broil at the end for a crisp look.
- Sprinkle with green onion for garnish. (Option to include chopped tomato) Serve warm and enjoy!
