How to Make a Christmas Tree Appetizer with Cucumbers and Cheese?

Festive Christmas Tree Snack – A Delicious and Fun Way to Celebrate the Holidays! 🎄🧀

Ingredients:

• 1 cucumber
• 1 pack of Spanish Queso Fresco
• 1 pack of Vaquinha cheese
• Fresh basil leaves
• Cherry tomatoes
• Salt & pepper to taste
• Optional: Square cookie cutter (for presents)

Instructions:

1. Slice the cucumber into rounds.
2. Use a circle cookie cutter to make small holes in each cucumber slice.
3. Use the same circle cutter to cut out small discs from the Spanish Queso Fresco.
4. Arrange the cucumber slices into a Christmas tree shape on a plate.
5. Place the cheese pieces inside the cucumber slices to represent ornaments.
6. Use a star-shaped cookie cutter to cut out a piece of Vaquinha cheese and place it at the top of the tree.
7. Add a few fresh basil leaves as leaves and use cherry tomatoes for added decoration.
8. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Serve and enjoy your holiday treat!

Tips:

• Get creative and make presents at the bottom of your tree! Use a square cookie cutter to create little gift shapes from the cucumber and cut a piece of Queso Fresco into rectangles to place on top as bows.
• You can also peel the skin off the cucumbers for a softer, milder flavor at the bottom of your presents.
