The cheese is very fresh, very lovable taste. I wonder what was done to remove the real goat milk taste from it? Also, how it was curd? What was used for it, probiotics, yogurt special bacterias, or lemon acid?

We source our milk from a local goat farmer that was selected because of the freshness and ‘mild’ goat flavour of their milk. Our artisanal cheeses are made using traditional cheesemaking methods and are all natural and made with no preservatives. For more specific information on the ingredients please refer to our packaging.
