"No other single food provides' s much nutrition as a glass of milk. Milk is our number one source o calcium, phosphorus, riboflavin and vitamin D, and is among the top three sources of protein, vitamins A and B12, potassiom, and zinc. The same is true for most milk products."

Cheese is equally an excellent source of nutrition and helps fight against osteoporosis and dental cavities. In addition there is indication that cheese is beneficial in reducing the risk of developing kidney stones, hypertension, diabetes, certain cancers and obesity in men and women.
